What we expect from you

OPERATIONS

  • Works together with its team and the store manager to ensure that product flow and presentation is always optimal and follows the commercial strategy of the store, ensuring all product journey is always correctly followed from the sales area perspective.
  • Together with the manager team ensures the correct coverage of all sales areas.
  • Supports the implementation and follow up of any project in regards operative in the sales area lead by the manager team.
  • Works together with the store manager on implementing and following best practices culture and security procedures on the till and its users ensuring the correct training.
  • Has special attention and impact on the store customer point, working alongside the manager team with the aim of impacting positively the functioning of online pick up and customer request.
  • To overlook replenishment is done in a timely and effective manner through all the departments and find ways in improving efficiency in line with company guidelines.
  • Has a constant overview on the replenishment in store actioning when necessary.
  • Overlook the organization of the fitting room money mapping rail operations ensuring its efficient and effective.
  • To ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all areas in the store and to communicate with the senior management team in case an accident happens.
  • To be aware of the risks of employees and customers are exposed to and to be aware of safe work practices and company procedures to overcome them.
  • Comply with the Company Health & Safety Policy.

PEOPLE

  • Promote the correct work culture in store following all company guidelines
  • To actively identify members of the team team with development potential and build a continuous internal succession plan
  • Promote HR Policies and Procedures and the Code of Conduct in the store by sharing information with the team and leading by example

EXPERIENCE

  • To ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is offered in the store.
  • Supports the manager experience on the implementation and follow up of projects and action plans with an impact on any of the customer touch points on the sales areas.

PRODUCT

  • Collaborates actively with the manager product and the rest of the managers on the maintenance of the sales area image ensuring its correct functioning and display.
